Birth of Mustardseed Training

Established in 2007 by Anil & Deepa Thomas, who left their senior management roles in the corporate sector to embark on this transformative journey, Mustardseed represents the fusion of passion, purpose, and positive change. We are known for our ’Deep Work’ that comes from our sensitive understanding of our clients’ needs and aspirations. We believe we are more than mere ‘Solution Providers’. We are ‘Partners’ to our clients, supporting them in every step of their growth journey.

Why the name Mustardseed?

In recognizing the precious and limited time available to work with our learners, we saw an opportunity to sow small yet highly potent seeds of positive change. This realization inspired the choice of our name, Musardseed, symbolizing the smallest of seeds that grow into the tallest of trees.

Anil Thomas

Deepa Thomas

Deepa Thomas is the Co-founder of Mustardseed an operations professional with 15 years of experience across key management functions in leading organizations. She has worked with Reliance Telecom Ltd., Hughes India, Tata Teleservices and last with Reliance Infostream managing Corporate Client Services. She has a strong flair for people development and has led large teams.

Our Mission Beyond the Workplace

In collaboration with the Police, we conducted a series of ‘Personal Excellence‘ workshops for the underprivileged youth. Through these initiatives, we aspire to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need.

We extended our 'Personal Excellence' Program to the Officers of 'The Indian Navy,' aiming to enhance their skills and well-being.

We take pride in our association with ‘The Konkan Police department, where we’ve conducted workshops for personnel ranging from senior levels to Inspector rank. It has been an honor to contribute to the development of leaders and their teams, receiving appreciation for our programs.
