Welcome to Mustardseed, where our story is rooted in a deep commitment to cultivating vibrant workplaces characterized by energized teams and visionary leaders. Founded in 2007, we have had a very rich journey of taking more than 120000 professionals through our bespoke learning experiences. We have served 1500+ clients spanning across Industries mainly Top Financial Institutions, Leading Banks, Agro Chemical Industries, Manufacturing Firms and IT Startups.

Birth of Mustardseed Training

Established in 2007 by Anil & Deepa Thomas, who left their senior management roles in the corporate sector to embark on this transformative journey, Mustardseed represents the fusion of passion, purpose, and positive change. We are known for our ’Deep Work’ that comes from our sensitive understanding of our client needs and aspirations. We believe we are more than mere ‘Solution Providers’, we are ‘Partners’ to our clients, supporting them in every step of their growth journey.

Why the name Mustardseed?

In recognizing the precious and limited time available to work with our learners, we saw an opportunity to sow small yet highly potent seeds of positive change. This realization inspired the choice of our name, Musardseed, symbolizing the smallest of seeds that grow into the tallest of trees.

Mustardseed is more than a company; it’s a narrative of growth, resilience, and the incredible potential contained within the smallest of seeds.

Our Founders

Anil Thomas

Anil has an obsession for delivering results, that’s why his sessions are not merely a vehicle to Inform but Transform. From Top Leaders and Teams of Established Fortune 500 companies to Founders of fast-growing startup Enterprises his work is all about Transforming Business Results through Improving Employee Engagement and People Performance.

Deepa Thomas

A graduate in Electronics and a Post Graduate in Management, Deepa is a Operations Professional with 15 years of experience in various management functions in Leading Organisations. She has worked with organizations such as Reliance Telecom Ltd., Hughes India and Tata Teleservices. Her last assignment prior to joining Mustard Seed was in Reliance Infostream, Managing Corporate Client Services for Reliance Broadband. Deepa has a flair for people development and has always led large teams.

Our Mission Beyond the Workplace

In collaboration with the Police, we conducted a series of ‘Personal Excellence‘ workshops for the underprivileged youth. Through these initiatives, we aspire to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need.

We extended our 'Personal Excellence' Program to the Officers of 'The Indian Navy,' aiming to enhance their skills and well-being.

We take pride in our association with ‘The Police department, where we’ve conducted workshops for personnel ranging from senior levels to Inspector rank. It has been an honor to contribute to the development of leaders and their teams, receiving appreciation for our programs.
